Chopping the Mane

I am going in for a long awaited haircut tomorrow and would like some input from the masses about what I should have done. I am torn between my options: keep it long and one length or chop it up to around my shoulders and get some more layers and side-bangy things. I don't want anything too drastic, but would like something that will revitalize my look.
In my heart, I think I want to hold on to the length for a while yet. Something about long hair seems to redeem the chubby cheeks and soft edges that pregnancy creates.

Chop it! Chop it!

You'll look great either way but I do vote to chop it. :)

Hi there, I'm due about 3 weeks after you and I vote for keeping it long. You want to make sure you feel pretty, especially during the last months. ;)

I recommend keeping it long, but putting long layers throughout. That way, you still have the length but it's more updated.

I was told the same thing... "don't cut your hair when you are pregnant, it won't look good short". I decided to side with that perspective. However, I think that you will look terrific with short(er) hair. I say short layers, so that you still have length but you have a new look!

Mullet, Mullet. Mullet.
It's all the rage in England.

It is so beautiful long and blonde! That is how I like it!

That's my never-ending dilemma...to cut or to grow. But your hair is VERY long right now, so even if you cut some off, it would still be long.

Do what feels right :)

I am defeated. The masses have risen against me.

I think you should only cut an inch or two at the most and then just layer it at the front (not at the back or they'll give you a mullett, trust me I have some experience in this area)

I say halfway in between.. Cut a few inches off for a drastic-ish change, but a few inches below the shoulders so it is still long. I did that a little while ago and it felt SO GOOD! A good change, really healthy ends, but still long, the way Travis likes it.

when you have your baby you will wantto be able to put that hair in a ponytail especially when they start grabbing at it and tugging

My hair used to be long and blond and since I cut it years ago I've never been able to get it to what it was. Don'T Do It!!!
